You will be responsible for…
- Independently managing patients (assessment, diagnosis, planning and treatment), with the view of a starting as part-time hours (12-20 hours) progressing to full-time hours of between hours/week as set by you
- Communicating with any relevant parties (GP’s, specialists, insurance companies etc)
- Building yourself professionally and personally and being passionate about building our Brand
- Developing deep relationships with patients and contributing to a culture of fun, excitement and community!
- Be measured against a set of Clinical Excellence indicators, such as your utilisation rate, PVA, client touch-points, and content creation.
- Receive monthly one-on-one mentoring sessions, quarterly reviews, regular in-service program.
- Be constantly surrounded by experienced physiotherapists with a total of over 20 years clinical private practice experience.
- Learn the application of Clinical pilates and Active rehab.
- Access and train in the practical application of Real Time Ultrasound for rehabilitation.
