At Therapia Physiotherapy and Pilates we provide a premium quality physiotherapy and massage service. In order to provide the best service possible we promise to give you our full and undivided attention and offer a strictly one-on-one service of 45 minutes for initial and 30 minutes standard for physio, and 60 minutes for massage. This differs to other physiotherapy practices that offer only 20 minutes for a standard consultation.

In order for us to continue to offer such a high quality service we need your help. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, we request 24 hour notice.

All one-on-one appointments cancelled on the day of the appointment and no-show appointments will incur a $45.00 cancellation fee, while late cancellations and non-attendance for classes bookings will result in a fee equal to the amount you would usually pay for the class. These fees will go towards the professional development of our team. 

On most days we have a client wait list to action & this would allow us enough time to call them to fill your cancelled appointment time.

We value our time. Late arrivals are charged as per normal session times.
