We would be very grateful to all our clients if you could please call us ASAP if you are unable to attend your appointment or class.

At Therapia Physiotherapy and Pilates in Adelaide CBD, we provide premium-quality physiotherapy and massage services. To deliver the best possible service, we promise to provide you with our full and undivided attention, offering a strictly one-on-one service lasting 45 minutes for initial appointments and 30 minutes for standard physiotherapy sessions, and 60 minutes for massage.

This differs to other physiotherapy practices that offer only 20 minutes for a standard consultation.

In order for us to continue to offer such a high quality service we need your help.

• If an appointment needs to be ‘rescheduled’ or ‘canceled’, a minimum of 24 hour notice is needed.
• All one-on-one appointments cancelled on the day of the appointment and no-show appointments will incur a $55.00 cancellation fee.
• Late cancellations and non-attendance for classes bookings will be managed as ‘a classes attended’ and result in normal fee. 
• These fees will go towards the professional development of our team.

On most days there is a ‘client wait list’ to action & ’24 hour notice’ allows us enough time to call them to fill the cancelled appointment time.

We value your time and our time. Late arrivals are billed as per normal session times.
